Questions people ask first

What happens if I cancel?: Your subscription stops renewing and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account goes back to the free plan. It is not closed, and your progress stays exactly where you left it.
Can I get a refund?: Yes. You have fourteen days from the date of a charge to ask for it back, and you do not have to tell us why — write to us and we will refund it in full. That covers a renewal you did not notice as well as a first payment. After fourteen days, a period you have already used is not refunded.
Do my card details touch your servers?: No. Checkout and the billing portal are hosted by Stripe, so a card number is typed on their pages and never reaches us. We keep the plan, its status, and the renewal date, and nothing else.
What does the Lab’s monthly limit mean?: Live generation is capped at 40 runs per household each calendar month, and the count starts again when the month does. The pre-generated demos are free to read and never count against it.
Is a free account enough?: For most families, yes. 9 of the 11 lessons need nothing but a free account, so you can work through the bulk of the course without paying.
